We have a limited number of orders that can be processed at a time, so please allow 2-3 weeks to prepare your order. Contact us for rush orders and we will try to accommodate as our schedule allows. Custom orders that require detailed design work, hand-cutting, and/or specialty shaped cutters we don't have on hand may take longer. A rush fee may apply.

All cookies will be heat sealed to maintain quality and freshness unless otherwise requested. Mini or small cookies may have several cookies sealed per package. Cookies will be placed in a gift box, container, bag or platter. Requests considered for Cookies to be individually wrapped in a gift bag with a bow, twine, or other adornments may be an additional charge.

Individually sealed cookies will stay fresh for 3-4 weeks. Heat-sealed or ziplocked cookies may be frozen and defrosted for up to 6 months. Cookies must be fully defrosted before opening packing or frosting damage may occur.  

In general our standard cookies are between 3″- 4″ in length while mini cookies are approximately 2″. Additional cookie sizes may be accommodated as requested and priced accordingly.

As a guideline, most custom decorated sugar cookies range from $60 per dozen with a minimum of two (2) dozen for a custom order. Mini cookies are generally $48 per dozen with a minimum of three (3) dozen. Cookie prices increase with enhanced levels of detail and/or size. Examples of price enhancing details include, but are not limited to: airbrushing, piping, texturing, characters, flowers, hand-painting, etc. Please contact us to receive a custom quote based on your specific quantity and design preferences.

All cookie pick-ups are from my home located in Aurora, Oregon. Local deliveries may be accommodated with an additional fee. We cannot ship orders outside the state of Oregon due to cottage law restrictions, but if you know someone in Oregon who can pick up your order, they are welcome to ship anywhere.

We do not offer discounts on custom decorated sugar cookies. Each cookie is a literal work of art and requires time to complete.

We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen nor are we an allergen-free kitchen. However we can offer Gluten-Free cookies but there will be an additional fee as the specialty cookie ingredients are not standard stock items.
